It was a quiet weekend for us. Jas had to hand in her Internship Report on Monday. So we decided not to go out that weekend so she can concentrate and finish her Internship Report. Her Internship Report was crazy. She had to write her daily experience for the past 14 weeks and also do a whole lot of research to explain on 2 of the selected topics she is discussing on.
I remember going through that hassle when I was doing my thesis 3 years back but it is just another stage where everyone had to go through.
This morning, she asked me to wake her up at 8am so she can start work early but I overslept. When I called her, she gave me the duty to text her every hour to make sure she is awake and doing her report. I asked her, what am I suppose to say to her every hour when I text her, she gave me an example like I can asked her if she drink water already. I find it a weird question to ask but I did it anyway.
During the 1st hour, I text her to ask if she drank water already.
At the 2nd hour, I find it ridiculous to ask the same question. So i use my creativity and I asked her if she went to pee pee already. In the 3rd hour, I asked her if she needs to poo poo. She couldn't take my nonsense because she is in a stress mood to finish her report so she replied saying she gave me a bad example. Once again, I was laughing when she is pissed. LOL.
Towards evening, I was filled with boredom so I offered to help Jas in her report. I offered to help her draft her weekly routine at work which I thought should be quite easy for me because I'm doing the same thing that she does everyday at work. We work in the same place. I'm a full timer there while she was an intern there.
It doesn't turned out to be as easy as I thought. It kept me busy for the whole night until the next day afternoon.
As I was doing it, I feel happy because I realized, we were both doing something productive instead of going out to walk aimlessly at shopping mall and spend money. It feels like her internship report is a small project that we are doing together. =)
